I’m Oumaima Nouali, a Moroccan researcher, activist, and storyteller driven by a commitment to gender equality, cultural preservation, and social change.
With a background in Culture and Gender Studies, my work lies at the intersection of communication, development, and community empowerment. Whether I’m managing digital campaigns, facilitating training programs, or documenting local stories, I strive to create meaningful platforms where unheard voices are seen, heard, and valued. Digigirlz Mentorship Program
The Digigirlz Mentorship Program is an initiative that connects young women with professional mentors in the fields of technology, business, and digital innovation. As a Program Coordinator, I oversee the logistics of mentor-mentee pairings, organize career development workshops, and ensure that mentees receive the guidance and support they need to advance their careers in STEM fields.
My Role:
Program Coordinator. I am responsible for recruiting mentors, organizing training sessions, and providing continuous support to both mentors and mentees. My role includes facilitating communication between participants, managing events, and tracking the program’s success to ensure the goals are met.
Key Achievements/Impact:
- Coordinated the pairing of over 100 young women with mentors from leading tech companies.
- Hosted workshops and webinars that addressed key issues such as career growth, digital literacy, and leadership skills.

Safe Digital Spaces Advocacy Campaign
As part of the eSafe x Lab 4 Impact program, I worked on a digital advocacy campaign to raise awareness about online gender-based violence (GBV). The campaign aimed to inform youth on how to combat digital harassment and protect women’s rights online.
Youth Advocacy Panel Member. I contributed to the campaign’s creative direction, messaging, and digital content creation.
Key Achievements/Impact:
- Created educational visual content and social media assets in multiple languages, including Arabic and English.
- Raised awareness among youth in the MENA region about the dangers of digital GBV and provided actionable steps to protect women online.
- The campaign engaged over 10,000 people through social media platforms.

EasyDeutsch101 Blog
Founder & Content Creator. I develop blog content, create educational materials, and engage with a global audience of language learners.
Key Achievements/Impact:
- Developed a wide range of blog posts covering language tips, and cultural insights to help learners improve their German skills.
- Grew a steady readership and built an engaged community of language learners from around the world.
- Launched various free resources, including downloadable guides, study tips, and language challenges to encourage consistent practice.

Timgharin
Founder & Creative Director. I developed the brand, managed artisan partnerships, designed the website, and handled marketing and outreach strategies.
Key Achievements/Impact:
- Secured seed funding from the Leadership Lab competition by AFCD Foundation, and launched the first product line featuring handmade Moroccan crafts.
- Established strong partnerships with local artisans from Oujda, Khemisset, and Marrakech.
- Built a digital presence to promote sustainable fashion and cultural preservation.

My Role:
Filmmaker & Editor. I independently conceptualized, filmed, and edited the documentary, capturing the essence of cultural exchange and the impact on participants.

- Screened at multiple cultural exchange events across Germany and Europe.
- Contributed to the global conversation on intercultural exchange and youth empowerment.
- The documentary has been used in educational settings to inspire young people about the power of cross-border learning.
